Case Studies

Stuart was invited to help a Veterinary practice that was struggling after starting a year previously with huge excitement and motivational energy, and highly experienced Leaders.

Time was spent with Stuart investigating and analysing the genesis of the project, the starting processes and the personnel involved.

Analysis of data, personalities and local markets allowed 5 different small projects to begin which addressed bespoke issues with bespoke solutions.

Immediate gains were seen in cultural attitude, client experience and bottom line finances with a continuous model being created to keep progress sustainable.

Stuart was asked to help a UK Charity based in the North West to grow their High End Donor (HED) base.

Instead of just teaching a new model, interviews were undertaken with the senior team to establish Identity, Culture and Purpose, so that the message created for HEDs was real and bought into.

Training then occurred on how to approach, communicate and partner with HEDs, and how these elements differ to other donors and funders.

The team immediately saw fruit from the training as out of 15 CEOs spoken to in the next week, 13 asked for a form of partnership.

The project success led to a Culture analysis and development project to remove negative repeating patterns from a 30 year old organisation.
